Event Description
The finance and audit committee of UNC's Board of Trustees will meet. Discussion will include a state update from UNC President Kay Norton; an overview of the university's risk management and insurance coverage; multiyear planning for reserves, cash balances and investments; a draft of FY12 financial statements; a financial report from the first quarter of FY13; and an internal audit update.

No action will be taken.
