Mark Neville, CLU, ChFC, is a Claim Team Manager for State Farm Insurance. Mr. Neville earned a B.A. from California State University Long Beach in 1987. With over 20 years of experience at State Farm, including 10 years in Human Resources, Mr. Neville has gained an insightful perspective about corporate culture and the personnel selection decision making process.
