Event Description
The History Club is hosting a open, interdisciplinary discussion titled "Beyond the Kitchen?" Students, faculty, and community members are invited to attend this casual evening to explore topics and ideas related to the following questions:

How has the media portrayed and influenced women's role in society?
How do the traditions of the past conflict with the expectations of the present?
What is the role of women in relation to men?
Is sex a means of power?

Refreshments will be provided.
